Tourism in the Azores has started to grow significantly in recent years and to support the area, the Government of the Azores and Azores Certified by Nature have decided to invest in creating a user-friendly platform to explore and interact with the rich cultural, natural and recreational offerings for residents and visitors to the Azores. And so began the journey of the “Azores What's On” project.

The “Azores What’s On” aims to make it easier for residents and tourists to explore the cultural, natural and recreational opportunities of the Azores, enhancing the tourism experience and the sustainability of the region.

A critical step in our process, allowing us to visualize and iterate on ideas before moving on to the finer details of design and development.

The UI elements seamlessly integrate across the app and website, featuring a harmonious blend of vibrant colours and simplicity that reflects the brand's identity. This combination adds warmth and liveliness to the overall design, resulting in a visually appealing experience for users.

The "Azores What's On" project introduces a comprehensive event agenda for both locals and visitors, fostering the discovery of cultural, natural, and recreational opportunities in the Azores. This user-friendly platform enhances the tourism experience and promotes regional sustainability in response to the growing tourism industry.
